How much notice do you need?
At least 48 hours for most items. Larger celebration cakes are better with a week where possible. The checkout only offers dates we can actually manage.
How do I pay?
There is no online payment. Once we confirm your order we arrange payment directly with you — cash or e-transfer, before or at pickup.
Is my order confirmed as soon as I submit it?
Not quite. You will get an email straight away saying we have received it, and a second email once we have checked our schedule and confirmed it. Usually within a few hours.
Where do I collect my order?
From our kitchen at 8 Dingley Crt., Ajax, Ontario. We do not deliver at the moment.
Can you make something sugar free?
Yes. We keep a small sugar free range. Look for the Sugar free tag on the menu.
Can you write a message on a cake?
On most cakes, yes — there is a box for it when you add the item to your basket.
Do you cater for allergies?
Every product lists its ingredients and allergens. Please note we bake in a small kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, egg and dairy, so we cannot guarantee no cross-contact.
How long will it keep?
Everything is best on the day. Most cakes are good for two to three days kept cool and covered.
